What is a Green Roof?

Essentially, a Green Roof is a roof of a building covered in a waterproof membrane and then layered with vegetation. Simply put, it's like a garden on your roof but is essentially a mini eco-system in itself. It's a hugely environmentally friendly installation with a number of benefits.
